Before we arrive: You don't need to empty drawers, sort through cupboards, or buy a single roll of tape. Just set aside anything you don't want us to pack — personal documents, medications, valuables you'd rather keep with you. Everything else is our job.
When we get there: Our packing team leader walks through your home with you, room by room. You point out anything fragile, sentimental, or that needs special care. After that, you're free to carry on with your day — work from home, take the kids to school, or just put the kettle on.
While we work: We pack systematically, one room at a time. Each box is clearly labelled with room name and contents. Fragile items are individually wrapped. Wardrobes go on hanging rails. By the end of the day, your home is a neat stack of labelled boxes — ready for the removal team the next morning.
