Life rarely follows the plan. Dates don't match, renovations overrun, and sometimes you just need more time. This isn't self-storage – we collect everything from your door, keep it safe and insured in our secure facilities, and deliver it wherever you need it, whenever you're ready.

You don't need to hire a van, visit a warehouse, or lift a finger. Whether your completion dates are weeks apart, a renovation is running behind, or you're downsizing and need time to decide what to keep – we give you the breathing room to handle it on your own terms.

Access is available by appointment – just get in touch and we'll arrange it. Need something back sooner? We can deliver individual items too.

Stuck in a Chain? We'll Store Your Things for Free

Property chains don't always line up. If your completion dates are days or weeks apart, that shouldn't cost you extra. When you move with us and need short-term storage to break the chain, we'll store your belongings for free for up to two weeks – as long as we have availability in our facility.

The same applies if something goes wrong on moving day. If your buyer completes but your new home isn't ready yet and we can't unload the van, we'll take everything to our warehouse and keep it safe at no charge for up to two weeks – then deliver it to your new address as soon as you're ready.

If storage is needed beyond two weeks, we'll move you onto one of our flexible paid plans at a fair rate. But for those short stopovers that just need a little breathing room – it's on us.

Can I access my things whenever I want? +
Our storage is managed, not self-access – which means your items are more secure and we handle all the heavy lifting. If you need something, just contact us and we'll arrange access by appointment. If you need regular access, we recommend local self-storage partners at possibly higher but discounted rates.
How do I know my things are safe? +
Our facilities are secure, individually locked, and monitored. On top of that, your belongings are insured while in our care. We also handle everything ourselves – your items aren't touched by third parties.
What if I don't need a full container? +
That's exactly our approach. We offer flexible unit sizes starting from just 25 sq ft. You only pay for the space you actually use – not a square foot more.
Do you offer free storage for chain breaks? +
Yes. If you're moving with us and need short-term storage because your completion dates don't line up, we'll store your belongings for free for up to two weeks (subject to availability). This also applies if something goes wrong on moving day and we can't deliver to your new address. After two weeks, we move you onto a flexible paid plan at a fair rate. You can also add a Key Wait Waiver to your move to cover overtime costs if the chain runs late on the day itself.
How long can I store my things? +
As long as you need. There's no maximum storage duration. Some customers store for a few weeks between moves, others keep things with us for months during renovations. You're in control.
What size storage unit do I need? +
As a rough guide: 25 sq ft holds the contents of a small shed or a dozen boxes. 75 sq ft accommodates a 1-bedroom flat. 125 sq ft handles a 2-3 bedroom house. We'll help you work out exactly what you need during your quote.
Do I need to pack everything before you collect it? +
No. If you book our packing service alongside storage, we'll pack everything professionally before it goes into storage. This is actually ideal – items packed by our team are better protected for longer-term storage.
Where is the storage facility? +
We use secure storage facilities in the Bristol area, including locations in Clifton and Filton. Both are clean, dry, and monitored facilities with individually locked units.
Is my stuff insured while in storage? +
Yes. Your belongings are insured while in our care. Items over £2,000 in value should be declared in writing beforehand so we can ensure appropriate coverage.
Can I add more items to storage later? +
Yes. If you need to add items after the initial collection, we can arrange a separate collection or you can bring items by appointment. If you need a larger unit, we'll upgrade you seamlessly.
What can't I store? +
Hazardous items (chemicals, gas, explosives), perishable food, and anything illegal. Valuables like jewellery, cash, and important documents should travel with you rather than go into storage.
How much notice do I need to give for delivery? +
Ideally a week, though we can often accommodate shorter notice. We'll deliver everything to your new address and place items where you want them.
What happens if I need to cancel? +
There's no long-term commitment. If you no longer need storage, just let us know and we'll arrange delivery of your items or you can collect them by appointment.
