We’ve just had the most stressful day of our lives made insanely easy by three absolute champions. Honestly, three of the nicest guys I’ve probably ever met took great care of everything we own. They were careful, considerate and a bloody pleasure to move house with — I absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were not ready on the day, and quite overwhelmed. Then Painless’s friendly, helpful team arrived, and suddenly everything looked under control. From cleaners to furniture removers, each person was lovely, and pitched in with whatever needed to be done. They paid incredible attention to detail, and took great care to see that things were done the way we wanted. Our house move ended up being a really lovely experience.

I can honestly say that throughout the whole selling process, moving day was the least stressful day we had. From the initial consultation and quote with Jay, the fitting us in with short notice, and the guys that helped us move on the day — it was seamless.

The level of communication was fantastic. We had the full packing service, and it’s just unbelievable how quickly and efficiently they packed everything, labelled all the boxes based on room and contents, and did it in a few hours, even while we continued to work. On moving day, everything was back in the right room without any fuss, damages, or issues, and the furniture was remade. It was all done by 5 P.M.!

Jay was responsive to all our enquiries and much more transparent with the components of the quotation than any of the other companies we spoke to. He offered a flexible and supportive service during a stressful period without any hidden costs. They definitely went the extra mile throughout.

Jay was quick to visit and send us a quote, which was a good price. Jay answered all my questions before the move — and there were quite a few! I admit to being very stressed at the start of the day but they literally made the move ‘painless’. We could not fault them in any way.

Things didn’t go to plan on moving day due to an issue with our exchange/completion. Pete and the team were very understanding and helped us out with storage of our items until the issue resolved a day later — something I know any other company would not have been so understanding or helpful about!

Even with a massive hiccup, thanks to Barclays Bank crashing, meaning a delay on completion, the team at Painless really were, Painless!

Great moving company, who applied a lot of common sense and were communicative and helpful throughout. Dealt well with the last minute ups and downs involving our chain — very late exchange — and were reassuring to us during what could have been a stressful time.

We had a long distance move from Bristol to Yorkshire and went for the full service including packing and furniture dis/re-assembly. They worked tirelessly for three days straight, almost dawn to dusk, and never once complained, and even offered extra help with moving furniture around in the new house and wouldn’t leave until we were 100% happy with everything. We’ve moved house a few times and none of the other removals companies came close to the same level of service.

The team from Painless helped us move from Bristol to Cornwall. They worked tirelessly for two days. The painless team’s calm and friendly manner throughout a difficult move really helped us to relax. They worked really well as a team and had answers for questions we hadn’t even considered.

We moved from Bristol to Southampton and Painless Removals did a really great job. They worked very hard and were careful with our belongings. They wouldn’t leave until we were happy that our furniture had been reassembled and put in the right place.
