What happens if completion is postponed at the last minute? +
Our cancellation terms are clear: 10+ working days' notice is free. Under 10 days, a sliding scale applies. For chain-related delays where a new date is set within 14 days, we'll discuss reasonable options with your client.
Do you provide storage if there's a gap between completion dates? +
Yes. We offer secure storage at our Clifton warehouse, accessible by appointment. For referred clients, the first month's storage can be incorporated into the move quote for simplicity.
What insurance do you carry? +
£15,000 per Luton van for goods in transit. Items valued above £2,000 must be declared in writing before the move. Self-packed items aren't covered by our insurance — we make this clear to every client.
Are your quotes fixed? +
The quoted price is the price paid. The only variable is overtime: if the move runs past 5pm due to circumstances outside the client's control, a rate of £35 per 30 minutes per mover applies. The Key Wait Waiver removes this entirely for a one-off addition to the quote.
